- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are higher than most because everything is made from scratch. No frankendoughs or mayonnaise here! My wedding packages range from $2,080 to $3,800 per 100 guests. Private service rate is $75 hr plus food cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask my clients which restaurants they frequent, what type of food they grew up with, and take note of any likes/dislikes. I enjoy learning my clients preferences, so I can provide them with the best experience. People with different needs and tastes challenge me creatively. I am especially skilled in creating dishes for restrictive diets and am known for my innovative healthy dishes!
