Introduction: Clients can reach me during the week and can expect a reply back within hours. Changes can be made in delivery times, diets or amount ordered, I also work with their own personal trainer to match calorie goals. There is no contract nor subscription. A text message will be sent during transit and when drop offs are made. I'm also available for catering and fine dining events. I get to listen to each clients and create a menu that will best fit their needs. Working as a Personal Chef has given me the freedom to create new meals every week and developing a personal relationship with each client.

Roy has been so easy to work with concerning our families different dietary needs. The quality of his food and how he prepares it, can't be beat! Initially I was looking for someone to help us for a week with dinner as I was having surgery, but after the week was over, Roy is still helping us!

Chef Roy catered our Christmas Eve family dinner and as always it was spectacular! The Vegan options were amazing and we had wonderful leftovers as well.

The food was AMAZING! The ceviche, guacamole, the salsa, the main course... everything was exceptional. And the service was spectacular! Roy was super friendly and went the extra mile with service. When we ran out of ice, he went to the store to get us more! He cleaned up the kitchen, took care of our dishes, and packed away the leftovers. I was in town for a friend's bachelorette party, but I would hire him again if I lived in Austin!

Just had our first meals from Chef Roy yesterday and it was FANTASTIC! Great food with very simple pricing and excellent service. Highly recommended. We ordered a total of 9 meals for the week and they arrived refrigerated in pyrex dish bowls with insulated bags with ice. After dinner I actually sampled the other meals and they were all very fresh, tasty, healthy, and season to perfection.

Chef Roy has been preparing meals for me for a few months now. His cooking is excellent and he makes sure to vary his menu from week to week so that there is always something exciting. Would highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mainly start with a phone consultation to determine what the client's needs are. I ask about their likes and dislikes, as well as food sensitivities. From there, I can determine a cost for their request.
