- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a consultation call to outline your goals and get a feel for the space. We’ll talk through what kind of storage solutions or containers might be helpful, and I’ll bring those with me so we can get started right away. You can be as hands-on as you like—or let me take the lead and handle it for you!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked as a nanny and personal assistant for years, and during nap times, I’d often take on organizing projects. I saw firsthand how much a good system can transform the flow of daily life. I’ve always had a knack for organizing, so it felt natural to turn it into something more.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I love closet organization projects! I recently helped a client refresh her medium-sized closet. We started by having her try on pieces she hadn’t worn in a while, and I offered guidance on what to keep, alter, or donate. Then we walked through her daily routine to understand what she typically gets dressed for. We reorganized everything so her everyday pieces were front and center, with special occasion wear stored more intentionally. The whole process took about 3.5 hours—though timing always depends on the size and starting state of the closet. It was such a rewarding transformation!
