- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and ensures customer satisfaction. I work hard, I care about these projects and understand that having a project completed correctly benefits you physically, mentally and psychologically.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing's first! Introductions, a rundown of your vision for the current project, I ask any follow up questions required, we agree on pricing and then I get to work! We can work together or I can tackle the project solo, whatever you prefer. *If the project involves purging, I do recommend we be together for at least part of it, just to ensure I don't get rid of a special item!
