Wow, where do I even start. I’ve hired Jackie a few times and she has absolutely transformed the space. Her first project: our menswear showroom. Everything was so thought out in where she placed everything keeping the team and customer in mind. How can we make it easier to ship the clients garments.... she created a work station packed with all supples. You need a tie or pocket square? Here is every tie/pocket square COLOR COATED. We’ve been in business for 6 years so you can imagine the amount of inventory we had. Her second job: reorganizing a home for a new bachelor....you can absolutely imagine what this looked like. In preparation for the organization, Jackie sent over links to both me and my client of everything to purchase. Sadly, he’s a little lazy so Jackie took the effort of buying the supplies (I made sure my client paid her back + some... she deserved it) I cant express enough how exciting it is to have a new closet/wardrobe when getting ready in the morning. Makes for a great start to your day. Our client hired Jackie again to help with additional space. I’ve worked with several organizers who always have Asked a million question making it difficult to get anything done. Jackie is THE OPPOSITE. Asking all the right questions in the beginning and great at problem solving & thinking like a business owner. She has a great attitude and so easy to work with!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 40 an hour. If we want to do a project I can estimate how long it will take and give them a small discount!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a call, then going to visit their house to see the needs of their space. From there we can look at different options for purchase and I can go and get the items or the customer can purchase them themselves. After that we would schedule a time for me to come help organize.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this for years. I haven’t done this for a job but I am working on clients now! Give me a chance to be yours and we can create a space you will love!
