Lillyann is the best hands down! I was sooo stressed and anxiety through the roof before she came. I didn't have all my supplies and she was kind enough to leave and get the items and did not count it towards my time. I was a little embarrassed by how bad my place was but she made me feel very comfortable. Once I told her what I needed she went in head first. She was quick and efficient and even organized all my things to separate what was staying and leaving which has helped a lot. If you are looking for assistance in packing or organizing look no further my girl will definitely get you right!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on job. I do offer a free consultation which will provide everything the job entails including total costs. I offer discounts for repeat customers and referrals!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the consultation which is at no cost. From there all the details of the job will be discussed, a price is set and a date for the job is agreed on. Extremely simple!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than my extensive experience, I am also a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers).
