- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project at The Reset Ritual follows a thoughtful, step-by-step process designed to eliminate overwhelm and create a sustainable transformation. 1. Complimentary Phone Consultation: We start with a brief phone call to discuss your goals, your challenges, and the specific spaces you want to reset. 2. Collaborative Sorting: Once on-site, we work side-by-side to sort your items. I guide you through the decluttering process with zero judgment, helping you decide what truly serves you. 3. Hands-On System Design: We stay collaborative as we map out the new systems. By building the layout together, you will know exactly where everything lives, ensuring you never feel lost in your own home after the reveal and you will feel more confident in the new habit/ritual we created together. 4. The Reveal & Donation Drop-off: We celebrate your transformed space and review the practical habits that will keep it running smoothly. To wrap up, I take your donation items directly to a local Austin charity. 5. The 2-Week Check-In: A few weeks later, I check in with you to see how the system is holding up in your daily life and offer any minor adjustments if needed. My goal is to make the entire experience feel collaborative, light, and deeply rewarding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is rooted in real-world problem-solving and a lifetime of natural spatial intuition. While working for years as a professional house and pet sitter, I received a unique, hands-on education in residential spatial design. Living inside various homes allowed me to study firsthand how layouts function, where daily routines catch friction, and what systems are truly sustainable. I combine these years of observational experience with independent study into habit-based organizing, minimalism, and functional home flow.
