- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 an hour. Most smaller projects take me four hours to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a time that works best for the customer to come to their home to asses the project. I then give recommendations on how to organize the project. Once approved I get busy putting things into place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations. The classes I took helped me to be creative when solving solutions. This comes in handy when trying to solve a space problem for someone with not a lot of space. I have a minor in Communications as well. I have been properly taught how to communicate. I believe communication is key when working on a project.
