Introduction: My experience as a NCAA athlete as well as being a former CrossFit coach allow me to understand the limits of the human body as it pertains to training and the attainment of specific goals. Having trained over 150 clients ranging from 14-101 in age, I have developed a holistic approach to health and wellness that can be adapted to all ages and fitness levels.
I have a passion for nutrition and strongly recommend some sort of nutrition education/counseling in addition to personal training.
I love working with people and helping them live healthier lifestyles through nutrition and exercise. I really enjoying seeing people reach their goals by implementing simple tips on a daily basis.
