Adam makes work outs so fun I’d forget I was working out until I’d notice how hard I was breathing. He created a fun mix that was challenging and rewarding but still feels like a game. The best part is many of the skills we worked on are applicable in life, really focusing on agility, quickness, mental acuity, flexibility and usable strength. Adam is truly a gifted trainer. I was really nervous and uncomfortable about getting started. He was able to put me at ease very naturally, and bring out the best in me. Besides really helping me get in shape, he was able to help me get more comfortable with ways of moving and exercising that had previously been really hard for me. Working with Adam built my confidence, self-esteem, and made me realize that I was much stronger and even more nimble and flexible than I ever imagined I could be. Adam offered an informative and unique approach to movement coaching. We started out with breathing exercises to focus the mind and body, we used tennis balls to further work on focus in addition to coordination, which was also really fun. Then we concluded with some basic Muay Thai principles and strikes once we got warmed up. We got into such a flow that I lost track of time and was amazed and the amount we were able to accomplish. I would definitely recommend a session with him, especially for someone looking for a fresh perspective!Dec 12, 2019
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer. I hold a bachelors degree in dance from the California Institute of the Arts. I have also studied a variety of martial arts over the last 10 years or so. I hold a bodywork certification from the Alive & Well Institute of conscious Bodywork.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I’ve worked with adolescents, teens, folks that are 50+ and everyone in-between.
