Introduction: I am currently offering a special intro price of FOUR 1 HOUR SESSIONS FOR $100! then $40-60 per session depending on frequency of training after that. I can provide personal or group training at one of the gyms that I work at near downtown or The Domain with no additional gym membership fees. I also can meet at your home or a public park with equipment that I own which includes: -2 adjustable Kettlebells 20-85# -70# Kettlebell -2 adjustable Dumbbells 5-120# -“Prowler” push sled with weight plates -Full set of resistance bands from light to very heavy -Battle rope -Ab wheel -Slam ball I started personal training in 2011 at UW-Milwaukee where I received my ACE personal training certification and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology with a certificate in nutrition. I have worked with all types of clients from kids just learning to lift weights to older clients trying to overcome injuries. I’ve also worked with many athletes of all levels including youth, high school, collegiate, and professional from NFL and UFC.
