Nevenka has been my trainer at 24 Hour Fitness since the beginning of 2015. Her consultation was very thorough in our first meeting. We clarified my goals and expectations, and explored my reasons for getting into shape, which were primarily for health and appearance. She inquired about any physical limitations or injuries I had; and we discussed them at length so they could be monitored during our exercise regimens. As we progress, she regularly points out the advancements I have made, which keeps me motivated to do even better. She is always punctual, cheerful, and offers constant encouragement throughout each session. After three months, I am inspired by the changes I have experienced. I haven’t been able to do a “sit up” in over 20 years; but now I can do them easily. Before, I could not get up from a seated position on the floor without using my hands; but now, I can. A 5 mile bicycle ride used to wear me out; but now I average 15 miles a day, and I’m ready for more. My tee-shirts hang down to my hips without touching my stomach when I stand up. My clothes are too loose; my belts are too long; and everyone asks how I lost so much weight. Needless to say, I’m more than thrilled. This positive change in my life would not have happened without Nevenka Eyzaguirre. Her sound advice, her wise counsel, and her professional guidance have gone beyond that of a contracted employee. She is a professional of the highest and most noble order; and I am proud to recommend her to anyone seeking to improve his or her strength, stamina, and physical appearance.

The reason I got a personal trainer was to lose body fat and improve my all round fitness. I can say that I have reached that goal with Nevenka as my personal trainer. I've lost a ton of body fat (the scale and tape don't lie!) and Ive included leg, ab, and shoulder workouts to my routine. The only thing I can think of to improve on is kicking my ass when I get lazy or trail off in or training sessions!

Nevenka is a very outstanding person she has helped me so much on my rout to fitness she is constantly pushing me to be the best that I can be she is very understanding and always on time for the work outs although I may be running late most of the time !! Thank you lots Nevenka!

This lady is amazing, she has gone beyond her obligations as a personal trainer to help me out getting ready for triathlon, teaching me how to ride bike and working with my tight schedule, including weekends, Thanks so much Nevenka, with your help, I know I will be ready... Enrique
