- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for groups and referral incentives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I put my clients through an assessment first. I need to see how they execute a few movements before creating a full program. I then design the program based on their needs AND goals. Then after that it’s safety, execution, and accountability. I prefer to see the client in person or on zoom regularly, since that creates more accountability than texting.
