- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pet sitting is $55/day. This includes three daily 30-minute visits in your home, including walks, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, administration of medication if needed, and text updates with photos. Price includes up to two dogs. Additional dogs are $10/day. Dog walking rates are $22 for 30 minutes and $35 for 60 minutes. Price includes up to two dogs. Additional dogs $5/per visit. All walks include text updates with photos. **All walks are booked individually for each client and dogs will never be grouped outside their normal fur-companions. Cat sitting rates are $18 for a 20-minute visit. This includes feeding, playtime, clean up of the litter box, administration of medication if needed, and text updates with photos. Price includes up to two cats. Additional cats $3/visit. Bird sitting rates are $18 for a 20-minute visit. This includes feeding, water refresh, light cage clean up, and text updates with photos. Price includes up to two birds. Additional birds $3/visit. Overnight pet sitting is $85/night for in-home overnight care for a 10-hour block of time and a 30-minute mid-day visit. This includes walks around the neighborhood, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, administration of medication if needed, and text updates with photos. Price includes up to two dogs. Additional dogs $12/night. Additional rates apply for the holidays listed below: $4 per dog walking visit $3 per cat/bird sitting visit $10 per pet sitting day $12 for overnights Memorial Day: May 22nd-25th Independence Day: July 3rd-6th Labor Day: September 4th-7th Thanksgiving: November 22nd-29th Christmas and New Year's: December 20th-January 1st Cancellation Policy Pet sitting and overnight visits: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount due if canceled less than 48-hours prior to the first scheduled service day during non-holiday times. 50% cancellation fee of the total amount due if canceled less than 7 days prior to the first scheduled service day during holiday times. Dog walking: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount due if canceled less than 4-hours prior to the scheduled walk time during non-holiday times. 50% cancellation fee of the total amount due if canceled less than 12-hours prior to the scheduled walk time during holiday times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to ensure you are in our service area and that we are available for the requested dates. If so, the next step is to set up a free meet and greet so you can get to know us and we can meet your animal(s). Once you decide to book, we will go over all the details pertinent to the care of your fur-babies as well as your preferred method for your sitter to obtain a key/access to your home. Our goal is to provide the highest level of attention and service to you and your best friends so you have peace of mind while you are away!
