- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing based on the variables in the shoot environment and what the client's expectations are. Offshore, heights, enclosed spades, dust - are all considerations in my pricing model.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's usually a variation on a phone call describing the vision of the client, a review of the physical site or environment for safety and awareness, and on shoot day, a lot of climbing and walking around the site. I process photos onsite if possible, and within 48hours of the shoot if a suitable location isn't available onsite. Most of the time, I post the imagery on my website for client download.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Professional Photographer and member of the Professional Photographer's Association, won a Loan image merit in International competition, and just completed all of the requirements to earn a Master of Photography degree.
