Derek did an outstanding job on our old piano as he helped me to based on his assessment of the condition of the instrument to make the best tuning level decision based off of the value and age of the piano.
Derek gave great advice and educated me on each step he was taking on the tuning level of the piano.
I highly recommend Derek as a piano tuner based on his knowledge and professionalism.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make this EASY! We can do all consultation-style q&a's through phone/text/email. You'll set the appointment with me. I'll send you a few short notes about what to expect. I will show up on time, with a smile, ready to serve! All payments are due before I leave the premises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am not a musically-inclined creative - even though I adore talented artists. I grew up in a musical family, have had musically talented friends, and have TRIED MY BEST to be musical. But, I found my place as a supporter to help musicians work with the best equipment that they can. And I love doing it! I love helping schools, churches, music teachers/students and solo artists with their gifts.
