I had Open Concepts come by to install a few pieces of art in my apartment — some were big, kind of awkward pieces, and I was honestly nervous about how it would go. But Josh showed up right on time, were super polite, and just immediately gave off a really professional vibe.
What really impressed me was how clean they were with everything. I’ve had handymen come in the past and leave dust or scuffs behind, but not this time. They laid down a little mat for their tools, wiped things down as they went, and didn’t leave a single mark on my walls or floors. I didn’t have to clean up anything after, which was a nice change.
They also took their time to make sure everything was level and spaced out right — no rushing or guessing. I really appreciated the attention to detail.
Highly recommend if you want someone who respects your space and actually knows what they’re doing.

I had such a great experience with Open Concepts! He first came out to mount my TV, and they did such a great job that I asked him back to help hang my wall art. Both times, he was on time, super friendly, and paid attention to every detail. He made the whole process stress-free and even gave helpful suggestions along the way. I’ll definitely be calling him for any future projects and recommending him to friends!
