- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Move job; take Pool Table apart and pack it, move and transportation and complete and full service assemble utilizing existing felt for $300 as base price, then there is a $50 charge for each staircase but is usually negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just set up the best time for the client for the work to be done and usually I am about 2-3 days out
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 1992 from New York to Texas I have worked with the biggest companies that continue to educate their installers and I have been certified by Brunswick, AMF, Connelly, Olhousen, Diamond, Imperial, and have worked for over 1500 families in their houses with love and service
