- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reflective of our experience, merit and level of professionalism. We may not be the cheapest in town, but our crew all work directly for us. We don’t contract work out or hire people day of the job. We train our crew extremely well and stand by our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. We walk the property with our clients and take them through our processes so they know exactly what we will be doing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are insured, look at reviews. And communication is key! Make sure who you choose is very straight forward and communicates well.
