FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fixed prices. We do not have any hidden fees for miles driven, tolls, fuel, photographs or video. We are a full service, national private investigation agency. Some of our competitors are cheaper, but not all have the experience needed to solve your case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on customer relations from when they call us for services, during our services and thereafter services are completed. We believe transparency on all sides is key to any successful relationship in all facets of life. When our clients have a question or concern, it's addressed immediately with decorum.
