At the beginning of the year, a friend and I took on the responsibility of helping a dear friend transition into assisted living. Shed been experiencing memory challenges and needed more consistent care. Along with that came a long list of big decisions one of the biggest being what to do with her home.Neither of us felt equipped to handle getting the house rental-ready, so I reached out to my neighbor, a real estate agent, to see if she could recommend a property management company. She connected us with everyone we needed cleaners, repair professionals, and contractors to get the home prepped and in shape.
