It was seamless process with Nathanael and team at Ironrock. Within a week, my property was cleaned, advertised, and filled with qualified tenants at slightly more than I thought it would lease. They took the time to explain landlord liabilities and ways to manage risks with tenants - great job, very knowledgeable.

I've lived in two properties that Ironrock Properties has managed. When I moved to Austin I leased a house in South Austin and then moved to a Condo downtown to be closer to my job. The transfer between properties was extremely easy. I've gotta say that Ironrock Properties is definitely one of the good management companies, which is is the main reason I wanted to stay with them when I decided to move downtown. I really appreciate their maintenance team and really all their staff, they are quick to handle any maintenance issues I've had with complete professionalism. All I can say is that they have been absolutely great to lease from and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to lease a property in the Austin area.

We have used Ironrock to manage our properties for the past two and a half years. Nathanael did a great job at the front-end, advertising the property, walking us through the leasing process, and helping us find the best fit in tenants for our property. He has been very prepared come renewal times and has also successfully assisted in tax protests. The addition of Melissa to Ironrock has been absolutely wonderful. The communication is straight forward, honest, and stress-free. I would recommend Ironrock properties to any property owner.

Nathanael Brown with Ironrock Properties has been managing my properties since 2007. He has done an excellent job of finding renters some that have been there since the beginning. Nathanael from Ironrock Properties did an Amazing job at managing my property. I didn't have to worry about anything, they handled everything. If there were any issues they always communicated with me and solved the problem right away. Definitely will use them again if I have another property I need managed.
