Our experience with Marshall Reddick has been extremely disappointing. When we moved into the property, it was filthy and clearly not well-maintained. The foundation was in terrible condition, the AC broke down repeatedly, and the fences were infested with termites. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, issues were often ignored or took an unreasonable amount of time to fix.The management does not listen to tenants concerns, even when the problems are urgent. To make matters worse, they charge an extra $100 fee every year, making it feel like they prioritize profit over tenant satisfaction.When it comes time to move out, be prepared to lose your deposit. They use it to address issues that existed before you moved in, which feels incredibly unfair.The only positive thing I can say is that the area is quiet, but thats not enough to outweigh the poor management and constant headaches. I would not recommend renting from Marshall Reddick to anyone.
