I had two previous property management teams spanning two years and they were absolutely awful. Mistakes, poor communication, total negligence in service. I gave up and put the property on the market, but before I could sell it I found Maximus and agreed to give owning my property another shot. Best. Decision. Ever. These guys are ON IT! Every call is answered, every email followed up, not a week goes by without an update and they even got my rent increased 15% in the first two months. This company is going to blow up, but I hope they take care of everyone the way the take care of me. Highly recommend, you will love them.

When we decided that we want to purchase our first investment property in the Greater Austin area, we must admit that we were overwhelmed. My husband and I live in California. I highly recommend Maximus Residential. They were incredibly friendly and responsive. Communication was very easy. Bo is available whenever I need him. Anytime I write an email, it is answered within the hour. They are very knowledgeable and the pricing is incredibly fair and competitive. I couldn't find a better deal or a friendlier company.
