- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two pricing tiers to meet different investor needs: Budget Tier: 6.9% of monthly rent, with a lease-up fee of 100% of one month’s rent and a one-time setup fee of $249. Premium Tier: 9.9% of monthly rent, with a reduced lease-up fee of 85% of one month’s rent and no setup fee. We also offer a multi-property discount: the first property is billed at 9.9% (Premium Tier), and each additional property is only 6.9%. There are no discounts available for the Budget Tier.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a property walk-through so we can evaluate the home and discuss any needed work to get it rent-ready. From there, we create a custom go-to-market plan using local comps, arrange professional cleaning and photography, and list the property on major rental sites. You’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two of our team members are fully licensed real estate agents who handle all leasing, purchases, and sales. In addition, our entire team has undergone extensive training in property management, fair housing laws, and investor relations. You're in capable, professional hands.
