- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Begins with a Complimentary Clarity Call on the phone, to clarify what it is you want to speak about with an audience; who they are; & what you want them to think, feel or do differently, as a result of your talk. Upon entering a coaching agreement: begins with a client questionnaire before our 1st meeting: asking you ex. of times in your life when you felt you were at your best – no matter where you were or what you were doing; what strengths helped you with those experiences?; as well as a speaking assessment - those speaking areas in which you feel confident & those areas of opportunity where you feel you could improve both in your talk & your delivery. If you’re also looking for help shaping your content, we’ll use a structure that has impact for any message you want to share – this might include how to embed memorable anecdote)s) or stories in your main points- a wonderful way for audience members to remember your points. Audience members remember those long after you give them statistics. How to deliver your talk? Exercises around sharing the message with 1 person (you really never speak with a group at once), that perhaps can be tweaked with variety in voice & movement (even if speaking virtually). The coaching covers how to rehearse & how to prepare both mentally as well as physically so you feel confident – “primed” to connect.

My integrated background: (USPTA Tennis Pro), acting (MFA Yale Drama School), corporate (10 years with Fortune 500 co.), clinical (MSW @ NYU) with specialty in Stress Management; and coaching (Advanced Certification in Personal and Executive Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching) as well as Certification in Strategic Intervention from Robbins-Madanes Training (Tony Robbins & Cloe Maddens).
