Introduction
It's difficult to articulate on paper. What my clients have said consistently is that I go the extra mile for them. I fight for them like I would fight for myself. And it's not about the money. Yes, I sell and buy real estate for a living. But I work diligently at all hours for my clients, and when I focus on that, the money just comes. I think the most rewarding things about my job are that I help people attain their goals in real estate. It could be a first time home buyer, a seasoned investor, a distressed seller, etc. It sounds trite, but I truly do get joy from being the catalyst to move my clients forward to the next level.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a real estate broker. What is the difference? Its like having a masters degree in real estate. As a REALTOR, you have to hold your license under a broker. To become a broker in the state of Texas, you have to have a minimum amount of years in the business and take a more difficult test to attain that extra licensing. As a broker, I also have to take more continuing education classes each year than a REALTOR does. As a real estate broker in the state of Texas, I'm able to own and run my own company and hire REALTORS to work under me.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish customers knew that NOT all REALTORS are the same... Please interview at least 3 before making a decision on who to work with.
