- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
3 Step Process 1) Complete a quick 5-minute intake form via email and share your current resume draft. If you don’t have a draft, you’ll complete a short resume intake form instead. 2) Schedule a 10-minute alignment call to clarify goals, target roles, and positioning. 3) Receive your updated resume within a 3-day delivery window. Next-day delivery is available upon request.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this work through my career in recruiting and talent advising, where I consistently helped candidates clarify their goals, position their experience, and land competitive roles. Over time, friends, colleagues, and referrals began asking for hands-on resume and LinkedIn support, especially for GTM and business roles. What began informally grew into a structured service as I saw how many strong professionals struggled to translate their experience into clear, market-ready resumes. I now combine real-world recruiting insight with practical coaching to help people make confident career moves.
