FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job and estimate is unique, and we treat it that way. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing—each project is evaluated based on its scope, materials, and complexity. Our estimates are the blueprint for your job, breaking down labor, materials, and any special requirements. While we’re not the cheapest, we're not the most expensive, we aim to provide the best value for the quality of work and service you receive. On certain projects, we may offer credits/promotions or package pricing for bundled services, but our primary focus is fairness and clarity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial inquiry where we gather as much detail as possible about the project—your goals, timeline, budget, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, we conduct a thorough site visit when needed, document existing conditions, and address your concerns while offering our professional recommendations. Once the scope is agreed upon, we prepare a clear, itemized estimate and work schedule. Throughout the project, we communicate progress, provide photo updates, and ensure you’re informed at every stage. Our goal is to solve problems, build trust, and leave you with work that exceeds expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a college degree in business management, which has helped me operate efficiently and with a customer-focused approach. I have over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, spanning roofing, framing, siding, and more. In addition, I’ve completed multiple manufacturer training programs, hold relevant product certifications, and previously carried a state-issued contractor license in another state—ensuring I follow best practices and industry standards.
