An inspection of our home for insurance purposes a few years ago disclosed buckling and cracking in some of the EIFS (synthetic stucco) on our 2nd story exterior. We delayed repair concerned about the quality of repair and the ethics of anyone hired to do the repair. We're glad that repair is now behind us after finding Instant Roofing & Exteriors. They are well-deserving of their 5-Star rating. Drew responded quickly to our request for inspection and quote. He and his team showed up on time. The EIFS repair as well as replacement of some rotted wood was done on-schedule with minimal disruption. Clean-up was thorough. Drew provided before and after pictures to document the repairs. We couldn't have been any more pleased with the professionalism and expertise of Drew and crew! Photos show cracking in EIFS and stucco after repair and painting.

We had some shingle damage and leaking on our roof overhang, and Drew came by the same day I reached out, did the job 2 days later, and went above and beyond to fix a few other minor roof issues. He didn’t try to pressure us to do more work than we wanted, and let us know how we could keep the same issue from happening again. I will definitely use him again for any type of home repairs or services that he offers.
