- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Asphalt Shingles only: 1)Standard 3-Tab 25 year Shingles: 220-240/square depending on pitch of roof and how many stories. 2)30 Year Lifetime Shingles: 230-250 depending on pitch of roof and stories. 3)50 year Class 4 Hail Resistant Shingles: 275-300/square. The amount per square covers labor, tearing off and replacing all the vents, pipe jacks, flashing, underlayment, drip edge. Not included is gutters, fascia and other exterior wood work. Our price is lower than the competition but we provide you with a complete roofing system covered by our warranty and Owens Corning.

I've been in roofing for 5+ years now. I have studied Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech. Construction Management at Texas State. Years of make-ready work. Demolition.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look up company history and reviews. In this line of work there are a lot of companies that do NOT do what they say they will. To be a Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning means that they have vetted us and consider us a reputable company to partner with.
