Sounds like we checked just about every box on that roof: Owens Corning Oakridge shingles (110 MPH rated because, well, you live in Texas), new decking where needed, drip edge, flashing, plumbing boots, a turbine vent AND a solar vent, sealant on every fastener, and even a magnet sweep of the yard.

After years of dealing with a shady contractor who did an extremely poor job of installing skylights it was so nice to deal with a professional company such as Precision Roof Crafters, inc. We had two skylights that were improperly installed and Brandon from Precision was quickly able to identify the problem. We were able to schedule Precision within a week to come out and make the repairs. The price was less than I feared and the work was completed within a day. That night we got hit with a pretty violent thunderstorm and it was so nice to not experience any leaks. I am extremely happy with my decision to call Precision Roof Crafters, Inc.
