We believe in complete transparency. Our pricing is based on a detailed on-site inspection to ensure you only pay for what you actually need. We offer free comprehensive roof inspections and provide a line-itemed digital estimate so there are no hidden surprises. We also offer a loyalty/referral discount for returning customers and a military/first responder discount as a thank you for your service. For insurance-related projects, we work directly with your carrier to ensure your only out-of-pocket cost is your deductible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be stress-free: Initial Phone Introduction: We start with a quick phone call to understand your needs and schedule a convenient time for a visit. On-Site Inspection: We perform a thorough 21-point inspection of your roof, gutters, and attic space, taking photos to show you exactly what we see. The Proposal: We provide a clear, digital bid with a few different material options (good/better/best) to fit your budget. The Build: Most residential projects are completed in 1–2 days. We prioritize property protection (using tarps for your landscaping) and perform a meticulous magnetic sweep for nails before we leave. Final Walkthrough: We don’t consider the job done until you’ve reviewed the work and are 100% satisfied.

Our team brings years of hands-on experience in the roofing and construction industry.
