I am very happy with Stormguard. On July 4, 2025, It had rained extensively and I had a leak through one of my lights in the bathroom. This company had great reviews on Thumbtack, so I tried them out. Jason came out and checked out my entire roof and took pictures and went to the part of the attic where the leaky light was located. The air tube on the roof that was close to my light in the bathroom was rotting and leaked water into my light. He gave my husband and I a quote to replace the seals around the air tubes on my roof, which were rotting. He also suggested that we think about replacing our roof because of its age and we had so much hail damage to our fence, gutters, and the roof as evidenced by pictures. Jason also walked us around the house to show us these items. I also didnt realize how much roofing debris was in our gutters. We had another well-rated company come out for a quote. After much thought, we decided to have the roof replaced with Stormguard.When the inspector from my insurance company came to look at my roof, Jason went along. I thought that was a great idea. Also, the insurance inspector told me he thought Stormguard was doing a good job.The picking of the roofing material and he install of the roof went smoothly. We actually picked a roof material that was upgraded from the one we had. The project manager, David kept in contact with me about what was happening. David came around and picked up nails and old roof tiles from my and my neighbor's yard.After the work, I had an issue with my first payment from my insurance company (They issued me 2 checks, but one of them had an error, so it was not paid) and I called Jason and explained what was happening and he was very understanding.Everything went smoothly after that you can make payments online on their website. I had a good experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a 50 point inspection process to diagnose issues with your home's exterior and give you a solution to address your needs and meet your budget. If the problem is outside of our wheelhouse, we have a carefully selected group of trade partners that we will refer you to, that will provide you with the same level of trusted service that we expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe in continual education to provide manufacturer's best practice. Storm Guard is an RCAT (Roofing Contractor Association of Texas) licensed residential and commercial roofing contractor, as well as a CertainTeed Select Shingle Master, Velux Certified Installer Plus, and Tile Roofing Institute (TRI) manual certified contractor.
