- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied electrical engineering, specialized in electronics. My computer related work experience includes worldwide technology companies as Microsoft, Dell and Xerox. I hold several industry certifications including the Microsoft Certified System Engineer MCSE and Microsoft Small Business Specialist. I constantly attend industry conferences and trainings to keep up with new technologies.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help small businesses, non-profits, home offices, and home users. I have helped them setting up their networks, repairing computer problems, server installations, Cloud services, virus and spyware removal.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hiring an IT professional is not only about the provider's technical expertise, it also requires a good deal of trust as you will be allowing them access to your personal records, business data, etc. You may want to evaluate their professional history, ethic and conduct.
