- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have super competitive pricing with the understanding that licensed, quality, professional service is worth the expense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will discuss the customers needs over the phone initially. Followed by a scheduled appointment to provide an exact estimate and walk the client through what is required to solve their issues and what it will cost. Most of the time I can perform the work at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 State licenses and complete many hours of continuing education each year in order to maintain them.
