Phil and team do a fantastic job. He inspected the pool / spa in my new home, made some minor fixes, and now handles regular maintenance, chemicals, and cleaning. Our pool equipment is aging but still in decent shape, so his expertise comes in handy. He taught me all the controls and how to set them for various situations. He's very available to answer questions when they arise and if you have a concern he is right on top of it. He's very reasonable with his pricing and works to find solutions that save you money rather than trying to max out his invoice. A different company recommended $5K worth of unnecessary work and we were able to avoid that expense with Sink or Swim. We hired them for the long term and we are very happy with that decision.

Very reliable!! Excellent service...works hard until problem is solved... pool lights were not working. He worked hard in TX heat under a deck, until all lights were working!!

Our prices wether it's a repair or regular weekly pool maintenance, they are reasonable and lower then others and really maintain that competitive pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by accommodating to their schedule and move ours around to promptly and efficiently start the request(s) of the new customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Philip (sole pool/spa tech.) has 13 years of pool maintenance experience as well as 7 years of above ground therapeutic spa maintenance experience. That being said you won't have to hire any other service company to do any plumbing, or electrical related repairs, that in return saves you a lot of money!
