- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on a commission basis. That means I'm not charging you for any unneeded fees, but also I have your goals at my first priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like a regular doctor, I sit down with someone and see where they are, what their goals are, and I give them an idea of what I can do do help them get there, whether is debt reduction, college and/or retirement planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several licenses in the securities industry.
