- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you should know about our pricing is that it is job based. I like to do in person consultations that require a fee of $100, refundable if we sign to do the project. But all our estimates are based upon the level of work that will be preformed and formatted in a material/labor quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer begins with understanding their needs and vision. we start with a detailed consultations to discuss goals, preferences, and available options. from there, we present tailored solutions to ensure the vest fit for their expectations and budget. Our focus is on delivering a seamless experience while maximizing value, ensuring the final outcome aligns perfectly with their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay actively attending numerous educational and training events to enhance my expertise. I participate in manufacturer-led training classes that cover both product knowledge and proper installation techniques. Additionally, I engage with designers at industry events to stay updated on market trends. I also collaborate with distributors that offer continuous education events (CEU) opportunities, ensuring I remain knowledgeable and up to date in every aspect of my work.
