I decided to focus more one our customers and give the attention on the job at hand instead of running multiple crews and trying to hit a high quota in sales. It's about are quality of work and attention to the job at hand and take are time to be safe for my crew and the customers property. We treat your trees with care as if they were our own. We don't overbook or rush to get to the next job. I schedule everything accordingly so we can take are time and do the job right. We never take money up front unless the the job runs over the weekend and even then we only get 35% down an receive the rest after the job is done. I come out myself to do the estimate so no salesman going out to do the estimate so no commission and I can make sure we both agree on a fair price.
