Dusty did an amazing job with the trees on my property. I have big oaks that needed some love and Dusty did a great job giving them attention so they will thrive thru winter. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% discounts to veterans, first responders, and nurses / nurse practitioners, as well as to energy healers. Also, ask me about referral bonuses! I am a small, veteran-owned company; I price competitively and open to conversations on pricing - I work hard, efficiently, and as if your property and your job were my own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk and understand your project - location, scope, expectations, etc. Such as, do you desire for brush / trimmings to be left on site, do you desire me to build a burn pile, do you desire trimmings / trees to be chipped and left on site, etc. Flexibility on timing of job, etc. My goal is to understand your intention for the project and discuss my way of working with you to manifest your intent!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in mechanical engineering and am in exceptionally excellent physical shape. I grew up in the woods as a child and my dad was a senior state forest fire warden. I have a calm and reassuring presence; I love trees, animals, and nature and am respectful of mother earth. I've been running chainsaws since I was a child.
