- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set on-site after full consultation, unless otherwise discussed with customer via messaging. Prices are by contract, not hourly. Full amount due at completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll typically start with a phone call. Then, if necessary, an in-person consultation to familiarize myself with the context.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with trees and chainsaws since I was fifteen - it was my first job. I have since added professional capacity to that by educating myself on safe climbing practices, sensitive removals, and the specifics of tree-care as it relates to each species here in Central Texas.
