I had TV wall mounted above fire place and Drew did a fantastic job. It wasn't a regular wall mount but Drew was patient and did an excellent job. I would hire him again if needed for similar jobs.

These guys were really nice, affordable and fast. While many would be reticent about a delay, which did occur in this case. I work in a commercial environment, and I understand that a good contractors schedules will vary because they will stick around at a site to make sure things are done right. The delay was short and not repetitive. They kept in touch and arrived right on time. They had my TV installed fast and made sure to troubleshoot the job before leaving. They pointed out that the TV looked crooked; a fact they could have let me notice after they left and immediately found that the problem was with the crown molding and not their job and went so far as to place a level on each for me to see the issue so that I could have it corrected by my complex. When it came time to pay I realized that I only had a debit card which they couldn't accept. They patiently waited while an ATM was visited so that they could be paid. The most important part is that they were professional and easy going. I will definitely call them back when I move again to reinstall the TV and for any other install that comes up. Kudos to BluStar!

Our pricing is based on a time and material formula. Our installations are considered custom work and built/ designed to the customers lifestyle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We review and discuss their needs and solution options at hand. - We provide a rough estimate by Thumb Tack messaging. If the project is based on a custom installation we recommend an on-site consultation. We also provide the customer with a written proposal with details and a work scope.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- We always set time to attend manufacturer training sessions (ex. Sony, JVC, URC, Harmony, Savant etc.) - Our technicians are currently working on their InfoCOMM installer certifications
