- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical rate is $120 for the first hour and $75 for every hour after. Rates do vary and depend on the difficulty of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with all of my customer's before completing any work so they have an opportunity to know me and ask any questions they might have. I want my customers to feel safe and comfortable before bringing in someone to work for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education related directly to A/V installation.
