- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a time and material formula. Our installations are considered custom work and built/ designed to the customers lifestyle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We review and discuss their needs and solution options at hand. - We provide a rough estimate by Thumb Tack messaging. If the project is based on a custom installation we recommend an on-site consultation. We also provide the customer with a written proposal with details and a work scope.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- We always set time to attend manufacturer training sessions (ex. Sony, JVC, URC, Harmony, Savant etc.) - Our technicians are currently working on their InfoCOMM installer certifications
