Drew was on time and professional. The job was done to perfection. Drew mounted my 65" LED to my rock fireplace and it looked beautiful. He did such a good job. I booked two more installs with him this week. The price was very reasonable.

Arriving onsite and surveyed before giving an estimate, which I liked. It shows that this person wants to do the job right and how the customer is requesting it to be done. He gave me a break down of how he would attack the job as well as gave an alternative option to my request.

Drew did a great job! I had a mounting bracket but it was the wrong size so he told me he would go to the store and get the right one for me. And he didn't even charge me for the extra time. They added an outlet to conceal the wires and it looks great. I would highly recommend him.

I had TV wall mounted above fire place and Drew did a fantastic job. It wasn't a regular wall mount but Drew was patient and did an excellent job. I would hire him again if needed for similar jobs.

Our pricing is based on a time and material formula. Our installations are considered custom work and built/ designed to the customers lifestyle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We review and discuss their needs and solution options at hand.
- We provide a rough estimate by Thumb Tack messaging. If the project is based on a custom installation we recommend an on-site consultation. We also provide the customer with a written proposal with details and a work scope.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- We always set time to attend manufacturer training sessions (ex. Sony, JVC, URC, Harmony, Savant etc.)
- Our technicians are currently working on their InfoCOMM installer certifications
