- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your message, I’ll ask for photos of the item and damage. Based on that, I’ll suggest the best repair approach and give you a quote. Most repairs are done on-site. We agree on timing and price before I begin. I always arrive on time and work cleanly. Warranty provided. Coverage depends on the material and type of repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been restoring leather and vinyl professionally since 2023. I repair couches, recliners, and RV and motorhome furniture. Minor leather car-seat repairs may be accepted after photo review. I use professional tools and materials for cleaning, recoloring, conditioning, and protective finishing.
