- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your message, I’ll ask for photos of the item and damage. Based on that, I’ll suggest the best repair approach and give you a quote. Most repairs are done on-site. We agree on timing and price before I begin. I always arrive on time, work cleanly, and stand by my results with a 6-month guarantee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been restoring leather and vinyl professionally since 2023. I’ve repaired everything from couches and recliners to car seats, RV interiors, and boat cushions. I use professional tools and materials for cleaning, recoloring, conditioning, and protective finishing.
