What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we perform an inspection to see extent of water damage and assess the need for mitigation. If there is a need for mitigation services, we begin discussing the project with the customer and sign a work authorization to get started.
We walk the customer through their options of self-pay versus insurnace claim, and if they choose insurnace claim we support them through the entire process to get their claim accepted and paid for properly.

Certifications for Water Damage Mitigation and related services from IICRC.
We are an IICRC Certified Firm.
