We had a complicated email issue which emerged after transferring a website from one hosting service to another. Punit was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. Resolving it was more complicated since the new host wanted us to verify things through email which was still being directed to the previous hosting site. This meant the email was non-functional and we were stuck in a catch-22. Punit was able to finally get it resolved and stayed with the issue until he could verify everything worked as planned, Would definitely use them again should another issue arise.
