Introduction: Wedding day coordination is designed specifically for couples in need of someone to be the go-to person on the day of their wedding. Starting a month before your date, we begin to gather information about your wedding and discuss with you the timeline, important contacts, checklists, and other critical details. Then, we will execute these items on the day of your wedding, so you can relax and enjoy the whole experience. This service includes the following: * Initial consultation to review details and develop a customized checklist for the wedding day * On-site meeting at the ceremony and reception venues * Confirmation of all vendors two weeks prior to the wedding date to coordinate arrivals. * Attend and assist with rehearsal for up to two hours when needed * Eight hours of coordination on the day of the wedding to ensure vendors arrive and assist with details * Manage checklists and timeline to make sure all events go smoothly. * Cue all major activities on the wedding day and address any questions/issues that may occur Congrats!
